About the Owners

Owned and Operated by Marcus and Alicia Pettaway

P'Wayz Happy Binz is owned and operated by Marcus Pettaway Sr. and Alicia Pettaway. The business started after Marcus rolled his own bin back up the driveway one summer afternoon and decided he was done with the smell.

Marcus handles the routes, and together Marcus and Alicia stand behind every cleaning. When you call or text, you reach the family behind the business, not a call center. If a bin does not come out right, tell us and we will make it right.

Answers Before Your First Cleaning

What Is Included in a Bin Cleaning?

We wash the interior walls and floor of the bin, the exterior, the lid, and the handle. The goal is to remove the residue left behind by bagged trash, not just to rinse the outside.

How Much Does It Cost?

Right now we are running a special of $25 for two bins. Regular one time pricing is $35 for the first bin and $10 for each additional bin. Monthly and quarterly pricing depends on how many bins you have, so we quote it when you call or text.

Do I Need to Be Home?

No. Leave your empty bins at the curb on your scheduled day. Most of our customers are at work when we come through.

How Do I Prepare My Bins?

Have them emptied by your normal trash pickup and leave them at the curb where the truck collects them. We confirm your service day ahead of time.

How Often Should Bins Be Cleaned?

Along the Gulf Coast most households do well with monthly service through the summer and quarterly in the cooler months. Heat is what turns leftover residue into odor.

What Products Do You Use?

We use high pressure water and cleaning products as part of our bin washing process. Contact us for current product details and any household-specific questions. Product claims depend on the label and directions for the products being used.

Do You Serve My Neighborhood?
